Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and on time, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. 

If we encounter any issues while verifying your address, our customer service team will contact you to resolve them. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

In the event you notice an issue after your order has been submitted, please email customerservice.goldenbelle@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to fulfill your request and make any necessary changes. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from GoldenBelleCo, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund, if applicable.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. GoldenBelleCo DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

We take pride in fast shipping therefore; you can expect to receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed.  (Please note that your shipping time is not the same as your delivery time). After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order excluding weekends and holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. Please be advised that shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
